1. Delivery Coverage

BroTein currently supports delivery within the UAE emirates available at checkout. Customers must select the correct emirate and enter accurate delivery information before completing the order.

International delivery is not part of the current launch setup unless BroTein confirms otherwise in writing.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated by emirate and shown before the order is completed. The final delivery charge is the amount shown at checkout when the customer places the order.

Delivery fees may be updated from time to time. If a delivery-fee update is made, the checkout total shown at the time of purchase will be the active amount for that order.

3. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from BroTein, Shop No. 3, Al Jurf 2, Ajman, UAE, where shown at checkout.

Customers should wait for order confirmation before visiting the store for pickup. BroTein may contact the customer if product availability, payment, or order details need confirmation.

Store pickup is free. Customers may be asked to provide the order number, customer name, and mobile number when collecting the order.

4. Delivery Time and Contact

Delivery timing depends on the delivery emirate, address accuracy, order volume, product availability, and operational conditions.

BroTein may contact the customer through the mobile number or WhatsApp number provided at checkout to confirm delivery details, address information, availability, or pickup arrangements.

If we cannot reach the customer or the address is incomplete, delivery may be delayed until the required information is confirmed.

5. Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a correct delivery address, emirate, area, building, apartment or villa details, mobile number, and any relevant delivery notes.

Additional delays or delivery issues may occur if the address is incomplete, inaccessible, outside the selected emirate, or different from the delivery zone selected at checkout.

6. Product Availability

Orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, BroTein may contact the customer to offer an alternative, remove the unavailable item, adjust the order, or cancel and refund the affected part where applicable.

7. Failed Delivery or Missed Contact

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address information is incomplete, BroTein may contact the customer to arrange the next step.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may require pickup from the store, a new delivery arrangement, or other handling agreed with BroTein.

8. Delivery Issues

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a product issue, contact BroTein as soon as possible through WhatsApp at +971503743544. Please keep the product, packaging, order confirmation, and any photos or videos needed for review.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable UAE consumer-protection rules.
