By using shopbrotein.com or placing an order through the website, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked during checkout, including the Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy once those pages are approved and published.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order through the website.

2. Products and Health Information

BroTein sells sports nutrition, supplements, snacks, drinks, and fitness-related products. Product names, images, categories, prices, availability, and descriptions may be updated from time to time.

Information on the website is for general product guidance only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

• Always read the product label, ingredients, allergens, serving instructions, and warnings before use.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, taking medication, under 18, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements.
• Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you experience an unexpected reaction.

3. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to product availability and successful checkout. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it until the order is completed.

We may contact you through the mobile number provided at checkout if we need to confirm your address, delivery emirate, product availability, substitution options, or pickup details.

If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we may offer an alternative, remove the unavailable item, or cancel and refund the affected part of the order where applicable.

4. Prices, VAT, and Payment

Prices are shown in AED. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before checkout is completed. Local pickup from the store is available where offered at checkout.

BroTein is not currently collecting VAT on online orders. If VAT becomes legally applicable in the future, prices, invoices, and checkout totals will be updated to show VAT correctly before collection.

Available payment methods may include debit/credit card payments through Stripe, supported express wallet payments, Link where available, and Cash on Delivery. Payment methods can change based on checkout availability, device support, payment-provider rules, and BroTein’s operational needs.

For card and express payments, payment details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by BroTein on the website.

5. Delivery and Store Pickup

Delivery is currently intended for the UAE emirates supported at checkout. Delivery prices and available methods are shown during checkout based on the selected delivery emirate.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact, address, building, area, emirate, and mobile-number details. Delays may occur if the information is incomplete or incorrect.

For local pickup, the customer may collect from BroTein, Shop No. 3, Al Jurf 2, Ajman, UAE, during the store’s operating hours after the order is confirmed.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be handled according to UAE consumer rights and BroTein’s Refund and Returns Policy once approved and published.

Because BroTein sells supplements, snacks, drinks, and wellness products, some items may not be returnable for hygiene, safety, expiry, or seal-integrity reasons unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable consumer-protection rules.

7. Customer Accounts and Website Use

If account features are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.

We try to keep product, price, image, stock, and delivery information accurate, but mistakes may happen. If a clear error affects an order, BroTein may contact you to correct the order, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website will apply to orders placed after that version is posted.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BroTein is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed access, product misuse, incorrect customer information, or failure to follow product labels and warnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE laws.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute should first be raised with BroTein so we can try to resolve it directly and fairly.
